NOTE! THIS SECTION IS NOT YET FORMATTED. At this time, it is just a list of characters, soon to be categorized and formatted. Just put the raw data here and I'll put 'em in the right place.
Madame Rocza – a.k.a Julie Watkinson, part-time palm-reader on Pier 54. Apparently, the fortune business is rough-going, as she has recently started moonlighting as a bartender at Ivar’s Acres of Seafood and Harbor Tours nextdoor. Added to the Bureau’s “Watched” list after three consecutive lucky streaks at the Muckleshoot Casino.
Paul - Barrista at the King of Cups, the best coffeehouse on the Pier. To those in the know, he’s been known to serve “Naked Coffee” – no mocha, no espresso, no foam, just straight and black like the Devil intended. Along with your coffee, he provides a running commentary of the best local bands and happenings. His S.O. Jake sketches the patrons when he’s not handling the baking for the next day.
The Honorable Judge Francis Hiller – You’ve been in Judge Hiller’s court a few times now, once to testify at Seamus Laiphroag’s bigamy hearing, and twice for search warrants. His southern-style drawl may be an affectation, as it tends to get thicker the angrier he gets. Apart from acting as one of the judges cleared to try Bureau cases, he’s a member of the Commission for the Naturalization of Supernaturals headed by Senator Emeritus John Clarage.
Bureau Chief Horace Gordon – The big man, the Chief, and your boss, instantly recognizable by his twin holsters for gun and wand, his aura of command, and notoriously short briefings. He’s been in charge of the Bureau since the beginning and instills the teams under his command with a strong sense of independence. Gordon is also an honorary non-voting member of the Commission.
Rusty Mayhew – As a freelance reporter, he’s sniffed around your cases a few times. Though there have been a few close calls, including one notable late-night raid on the Fotomat warehouse, he hasn’t blown your cover. He’s been sniffing around Seattle for the past six months and covered the Chief Seattle story for USA Today. The Bureau has him on the “Watched” list as he appears to have a natural telepathic block against mind control
Hiawatha Smith - Infamous grave-robber and Official Archaeologist Institutum Historicum Societatis VonDaniken?, Emeritus. Doctor Smith accidentally released Menmire Setpenre from his tomb, and since then, has been in relentless pursuit. During his last break-in, he was repelled by Djedreesankh, who exploded into a swarm of fleas. Smith still got away with one of Ray's most precious "funerary artifacts", a $15 ornamental pyramid from Pier One.
Robin Goodfellow - The name given by Faerie's lead investigator in the World. Other Faerie defer to him in a manner generally reserved for nobles, but they also do so for carpenters, mages, and rock stars. Since Goodfellow is the only member of Faerie law enforcement known to the Bureau, it's difficult to say if their reaction is due to birth or position.
Ekaterine the Selkie - Kidnapped half-blood leader of the Seattle-based environmental direct action group SEAL (Seattle Environmental Activist League). Team Crackerjack found her skin in the possession of a few unsavory poachers, now serving 14 years for years of illegal trafficking in the fur trade. Ekaterine still spends most of her time on No-name island, preferring the company of seals to that of humans.
Penumbra - Mysterious rival hacker
Senior Agent Calavera
Mark Quintero - 22-year old formerly-latent mage working at the Arnheim and Boone warehouse. Breakthrough triggered by Agent Franklin's undisciplied magic use. Subsequently chose removal of all magic ability rather than join the Bureau.
Jane Doe - Special Agent in Charge, Seattle Field Office. 1110 Third Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101-2904
The Law Offices of Cruikshank, Biddle, and Graves - the Devil's law firm
